The Wilderness just passed its 8th Birthday. In that short time, the Wilderness name has become synonymous with Natural Beauty & First Class Build Quality. It is truly a unique getaway on Richland Chambers Lake. Our Community has increasingly become the choice of those committed to the Best. Ask anyone for the name of the Premier Community on the lake, and they will not hesitate to tell you about the Wilderness.

More than 200 lots have been developed and sold through 2006. With only 14 developed waterfront lots remaining for sale, we will be entering a close out phase in 2006. Phase One, Five, Six & Seven have completely SOLD OUT. However, a choice few have been held back till the now. The remaining lots include 3 waterfront homesites in phase 2, priced from the $90's, 4 watefront homesites in Phase 4 priced from the $130's, 2 homesites in phase 3 priced from the $210's. For those interested in the highest level of lake living we have one large estate homesite encompassing 8+ acres and just under 2000 water front feet. Originally one of three, this last premium estate lot is available in the $900's.

As of summer 2006, Tarrant county has completed an agreement that will cause Richland Chambers to be a "constant level lake"  This will make a tremendous difference in the function & appearance of the lake, thereby increasing the appeal  and value of waterfront property on Richland Chambers.
