Owners of property in The Wilderness are granted fee simple title to their property.

Every owner of property in The Wilderness shall be a member of the Property Owners Association. The members shall elect a Board of Directors to carry out the business of the Association. In general, the Association's purpose is to attend to the quality of living in The Wilderness.

An Architectural Control Committee reviews all construction plans and specifications for approval by the Board of Property Owners Association.
